Vineyard Vista Views!

Vineyard Vista, a Wine Country Life Vacation Home, is a Historic Craftsman gem, located approximately 12 minutes to the Healdsburg Plaza and 5 minutes to Old Town Windsor! Built in 1929, it still showcases the original feel as well as many of the original features. Prior guests have enjoyed the vineyard views, proximity to the Russian River, large outdoor space and hot tub. Dozens of wineries dot the area including Rodney Strong, Copain, Carlisle and J Winery. Enjoy photos of you and your guests dining under the gazebo, playing horseshoes or ping pong and relaxing in the hot tub.

A property tour begins with an ascent up the spiral stairs to the wrap around (3 sides), covered porch, with swing and rocking chairs. Once inside, you find yourself in the large living room. Make sure to review our guest book on the entry table to the left and note the bamboo plant positioned for good luck. The room's plush sectional and wood burning fireplace (if you use the fireplace, please check the sparetheair.org to ensure you are legally able), and Smart Tv. A great area to relax and unwind after a day of adventure, a coffee table comfortable holds cocktails, coffee and other refreshments.

Off the right side of the living room, a hall leads to the game/sunroom with Ping Pong table, pull out queen sleeper sofa and TV. French Doors lead to the backyard and at the opposite side of the room, the front of the home (please make sure to keep the doors locked when you come back inside). Also down the small hallway is the downstairs bedroom which features 2 twin beds and full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Back to the living room and from the entry, walk straight through and you'll find the formal dining room. The dining table offers seating for 8 guests. Raise the shades on the many windows and doors to bring in the light and porch/side garden views. Beyond it, the gourmet style kitchen features butcher block counters. The open shelves are stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, and a beautiful five-burner gourmet gas range, is great to utilize along with many small appliances including coffee maker and blender. A double wooden door (open the top only or entire door) accesses the garden and backyard.

Up a double flight of wooden stairs, the master bedroom (Cal King) with the ensuite bathroom includes separate cast iron tub and glass shower. Two additional guest bedrooms each have queen beds and share the third full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Relax in the hot tub or sit on the front porch looking out to vineyards and spectacular sunset views.
